"Oh, they need more staff, or they need to know how to divide the orders between those who go to the cart and those who enter the store. I waited more than 10 minutes and they couldn't give me what I ordered; I had to ask them to cancel my order."

"Yet another store that thinks online orders aren't important. I arrived 7 minutes after placing the order AND receiving confirmation. And staff member told me that they had "just" got it. What she meant was we were a little busy so we completely ignored online orders coming in because who cares if you stand around another 10 minutes. Waited ANOTHER 9 MINUTES for my 2 drinks and a bagel. Yet they managed to clear all the cars in the drive thru and the couple who had just finished ordering when I walked in."

"Immediately after walking through the door I was welcomed very warmly by an equally kind young woman. She graciously and willingly offered her personal drink suggestions when I made the request of her. She was also considerate enough to ask and to take into account my flavor preferences. My drink was prepared without hesitation and I did not have to wait but a couple moments to appreciate their offering. Through no fault of their own the space is very small. It is however a beautiful space. I will happily return to this location."

"I stopped this morning before work to get a frozen chai. It took a while to get my drink and when I got it it my drink tasted like ice and sugar. They did not put the right amount of pumps in there my drink looks white."

"Everytime I have gone there the coffee has always tasted burnt or substituted. The sweet foam was whipped cream not sweet foam. Also they do not honor the 50 percent off military discount like every biggby does."
