"Bitter End is such a perfect late-night hangout, especially for midnight owls or a group of friends who just want to meet up for coffee and good conversation. One of the biggest plus points is that it’s open 24/7, which is amazing because most places in Grand Rapids close by 11. We tried a hot white chocolate mocha and a cold mocha both were a bit too sweet for our taste, but still enjoyable. Their croissants, though, are my absolute favorite, and the staff are incredibly sweet and friendly. Overall, this is my top go-to spot to hang out with friends after midnight. "Used to come here all the time to get a coffee and play card games. Fun drinks with a cool vibe. Moved to Chicago but decided to stop by while I was visiting. My partner went to order a drink while I used the bathroom but the barista refused to let me use the bathroom until I bought a drink as well. A few minutes later another man came in, went straight to the bathroom, and the barista had no problem with it. So that ruined the vibe for us, very unfortunate. But other than that one bad apple the service is great."

My coffees for my sister and I was smooth and perfectly balanced (not too sweet, not too bitter), and the pastry selection was giving hidden gem.
