"Was excited to try this place all the food on the menu looked good. I ordered the Big Sassy Burger cooked medium and it came out like a hockey puck super overcooked and dry. The toppings on top the burger were good I think if it was cooked properly it would have been good. The French Onion soup was really good. Nice rich and the cheese was perfectly melted. My wife ordered the Cuban sandwich which was really good. They just need to figure out how to not overcooked their burgers."

Then the best thing happened — our waitress came over and somehow managed to turn our miserable mugs into actual smiling faces. She genuinely lifted our mood. We followed her burger recommendation, and it was a perfect choice. My friend was so impressed with the service (and her smile) that she basically financially ruined him for $20 in tips 😄 Totally worth it though.
