Two ordered the sirloin, one the ribeye and one pasta with sausage. Appetizers ordered were Bone Marrow and Whipped Feta. All meals and appetizers received two thumbs up from the party."

"​Butcher’s Union is one of the top spots in Grand Rapids for a reason, and our latest meal here proved why the kitchen is so highly regarded. We started the evening with the Peppercorn Slab Bacon, which was easily the highlight of the appetizers. It was thick, perfectly rendered, and had just the right amount of kick from the pepper, and sweet from the sauce. ​For our main courses, I ordered the 8oz Wagyu Sirloin and my wife got the Swordfish. Both dishes were amazing. The Wagyu was incredibly tender and cooked exactly to my preference, while the swordfish was remarkably fresh and moist, which is often hard to find. We capped off the night with the apple cobbler, a warm and comforting dessert that provided a great finish to the meal. ​The only real drawback to the experience was the pacing. The restaurant was clearly at capacity, and as a result, our waitress made us feel a bit rushed throughout the night. It felt like they were in a hurry to turn the table, which made it difficult to fully relax. Despite the hurried service, the food quality is undeniable and we’ll certainly be returning."

"Excellent food. The steak my wife had and the meatloaf I ordered were both very tasty. Cocktail prices were reasonable, and I recommend Pink Lotus. Neat atmosphere with dark wood panels and copper-colored tin ceiling, classy interior. Service was very good. It was quite loud but we were still able to have a conversation without a problem."

"went here for my birthday dinner, was absolutely delicious!!!!! i got the tenderloin which was cooked perfectly and it came with crispy potatoes and seasoned cauliflower (pro tip use the rosemary butter on the potatoes) the slab bacon appetizer was tooo good, don't skip it! the section we sat in was dimly lit, kind loud music, and had plants hanging from the ceiling, it was very pretty. our waiter was so polite and attentive, although i didn't get his name, but service was amazing and all the staff were so friendly! my only gripe is i wish they gave more vegetables, they were super tasty!! thank you guys for making my birthday memorable and delicious! 😊 i can't wait to go back, all the food looked amazing, excited to try something new next time!"

"Place was packed and we snagged a chair at the bar while waiting for a table. Cocktails were delicious. We met Bruce, a regular who gave us recommendations for food, which were all delicious. Everything was excellent and it was obvious by how busy it was on a Monday night. Love the water in empty bourbon bottles. Will definitely be stealing that idea!"
