"Went to Drip Drop Cocktail Room on a Tuesday and it was pretty quiet, which honestly made it even better — super cozy, relaxed, and intimate. We sat right at the bar and were immediately welcomed by Jordan, who is hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve had anywhere. Jordan was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through every drink, explained flavors, made recommendations based on what we liked, and you could tell he actually cares about what he’s serving — not just pouring drinks, but creating an experience. Every single cocktail was amazing — balanced, thoughtful, and clearly crafted by someone who knows their craft. Even though the place was slow, Jordan made us feel like VIPs the entire time. Great conversation, great energy, and top-tier service. If you sit at the bar and Jordan is working, you’re lucky. I highly recommend this place as an after dinner location. I regularly hit it up after eating across the street at Butcher's. I love sitting at the bar and having Connor and Johnny talk about the different drinks they are making and ideas they have for new menu items. "If you have never tried Drip Drop, you are missing out on a gem! The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. Even on weekend when they are busy, you still feel cozy and welcome, like you’re just having drinks in the living room at a friend’s house. Whoever is in charge of the music has wonderful taste, they truly know how to curate a vibe. I especially appreciate that they put so much care into their non-alcoholic offerings. A lot of places just offer soda or an overly-sweet juice “mocktail”. Their mocktails are crafted with the same cordials/syrups/shrubs as their cocktails, and they actually carry NA spirits! As someone who very rarely drinks, it feels nice to have something on the menu that I can enjoy without feeling like an afterthought. You can tell that the owner treats the staff well. As a long time industry veteran myself, you can tell the staff are happy by the gracious and attentive service they provide to their guests. Their bartenders are always happy to tweak recipes (I’m picky… nuff said), or create something entirely unique for you. If you are someone new to the craft cocktail scene, you have to give this place a try. You will never want to go back to a vodka-cranberry after trying their menu!"

What really makes this place shine, though, is the staff. They’re not just talented, they’re genuinely welcoming and passionate about what they do. I’ve always felt taken care of and never rushed. They’re happy to talk through the menu, recommend something new, or even craft something custom based on your preferences. Drip Drop has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city.
