"Great food, awesome prices, amazing staff. It’s a nice place downtown that won’t charge you a fortune for a nice meal. They just opened in the Chase building, down in the basement, but I’ve been here twice and I haven’t been disappointed. Everything’s fresh, with generous portion sizes. What’s really cool is they’ll customize ANYthing for you- just ask!"

"Quick lunch spot. Most customers are on their lunch break so staff is very quick to take orders and make the food. It does take a few minutes for the order to be made because they make everything to order. They have lots of different soups and a salad bar with fresh good ingredients. My favorite is the brisket and the quesadilla but I think I would like almost everything on their menu."

"The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I work in the building and have lunch here several times a week. Highly recommend the salad bar, the chicken salad wrap, and the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Wonderful lunch spot! Also, I have never witnessed the staff being rude, but I have noticed several entitled customers. Don't let negative reviews scare you away. This place is a gem."

"I frequent this establishment often but after today I'm unsure about going back. I went in to get soup. I picked the medium soup that I wanted and placed it in the white bag with my spoon and cracker selection. I went to the counter to pay and told the manager/cashier that I had a medium soup. He basically asked me if I was sure?!? He also proceeded to say that it's hard to see through the bag. Sir..... if I wanted a large I would have purchased a large. I'm hoping that he was just having a ruff day and doesn't treat others as he did. Next time I'll wait to place the soup in the bag because I wouldn't want him to think that I'm getting a few extra ounces for free! Do better..."

"Yes, the food is good. But the hospitality is beyond lacking. I have never been to a place where I, the customer, was treated like I was a problem for being there. The chefs preparing the food were rude to the young woman who was taking orders even though she was the only nice person working. I can make delicious sandwiches at home. I can go to other places to get delicious sandwiches. I don't go out to eat for good food alone, I also like to be treated nicely and know that I am financially supporting a place that treats it's workers nicely. The men who run this shop do not do this, at all. Go get a good sandwich somewhere else and support a business that likes you and the people who work there."
