The cafe has had a lot of cozy improvements and updates made recently which makes it even more lovely to spend time at. My personal favorite order is an iced vanilla latte and it is truly the BEST vanilla latte I've had, ever. The house made syrup is divine. On top of it all, every barista and employee is a joy to be around. Grand Rapids' best kept secret right here."

"I attended a class on espresso making at Ferris last Saturday. Jake was our barista instructor. He was great! He was organized, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Although I would have liked a bit more practice with steaming milk, Jake kept to his schedule to avoid keeping us overtime. Our 20% discount in the shop was a surprise and a treat. A nice way to spend a cold and snowy morning!"

Love ❤️: plenty of free parking, delicious drinks, friendly staff and good breakfast sandwiches, the atmosphere is tranquil, calm and spacious - more seating than I expected! Opted for the Hibiscus Iced Tea and a Ham, egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich 🤤 This is a new favorite spot I’ll be coming to work and relax."
