"Absolutely loved our visit! The place has a warm, thoughtful vibe and the food arrived quickly, tasting incredibly fresh. One of the highlights was the fruit smoothie—no added sugar, water, or ice, just pure fruit goodness. And the glass straw? Such a simple but amazing touch. Really appreciated their focus on quality and sustainability."

"Well, for my birthday I started looking for a plant based restaurant and discovered this vegetarian restaurant. I ordered the veggie stash with brown rice and roasted potatoes and the cornbread french toast. The veggie stash was delicious and I didn’t really like the cornbread french toast 😞. 1 out of 2 isn’t bad. Next time, I’m trying a homemade juice and green burrito. I say give it a try. It’s a little pricey but it’s healthy and worth it! 😋"

"Went here for the 1st time in March for coffee & breakfast with a friend. I ordered Potatoes your way with Rick's way as a sauce which was on top of them. The potatoes were sliced very thin, greasy & some over cooked which caused them to be extra crispy on the border of being burnt. I didnt care for the sauce personally either. Needed more seasoning when they were cooked because they tasted somewhat bland. Coffee wasn't very hot either. I tried a bite of my daughter's food but still same bland taste for me at least. I probably might give them another shot maybe it was an off day not sure, but the atmosphere was decent, & clean looking, staff was friendly our server Andrea B was very polite and informative on the menu & food items so I appreciated that."

"What a great little hidden gem, the Green Goddess juice I had tasted so fresh and flavorful, the Mediterranean platter was perfect for 1 person, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It’s great to see so many different ages enjoying the space."

"Enjoyed a nice breakfast today at Gaia. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Our party of six was seated immediate on a Saturday morning. Unpretentious, casual, warm interior. Small menu, but nice to have so many vegetarian and vegan options. Good to have the opportunity to try something different, outside the normal brunch fare. I stuck with what I normally like - eggs & potatoes plus tried a fruit cup. It was a filling portion and cooked well. The potatoes were well seasoned and crispy. I also enjoyed the sourdough bread that came with my meal. The fruit was fresh and seasonal. Coffee was self-service and offered three options, with creamer available at request. I tried the Swiss chocolate brew and liked it a lot. My friend’s specialty French toasted looked amazing. It has tender sweet sautéed apples, cherry sauce, and almonds. Everyone had to try an apple slice - they were really good! Worth your time and taste buds! Thanks for a good experience!"
