"Update: My card has been refunded. Complete lack of communication and service. I placed an online order for pickup this morning, only to be met with a closed store. This is extremely disappointing and a massive waste of time. • Unreliable Hours: We arrived shortly after the stated opening time (9:00 AM) based on both the online ordering system and the posted hours on the door, which read "9:00 AM - 3:00 PM." • Closed Operation: The shop was completely dark, the "Open" sign was off, and the door was locked. • Zero Communication: My wife returned later hoping for a delayed opening, but the shop was still closed. We tried calling multiple times and received no answer. There was no notice or message informing customers that the shop would be closed today, despite accepting online orders. Accepting orders and payment while the store is demonstrably closed and unreachable is unacceptable. This shows a complete disregard for customers' time and expectations. I will be requesting a refund immediately. If a business cannot maintain its basic stated hours or communicate changes, it should not be taking payments."

"Went here for lunch with some work friends and absolutely loved it! They were very kind and the food + atmosphere was amazing. Got the Pesto Chicken Wrap and an iced chai latte and loved both very much! Will definitely come again and wholeheartedly recommend!"

"AMAZING!!!! First off let me tell you the service is phenomenal!!! It’s locally owned and they purchased whit coffee beans locally. The owner is often behind the counter putting in work and making sure the service is top tier as well as the food/drinks. We had a small hiccup and Ms. Haggerty personally assisted in making it right. We had a peppermint mocha with almond milk and a piece of avocado toast. The latte had a rich mocha taste with a hint of peppermint. I like that’s the peppermint wasn’t overwhelming as I like to taste and smell the espresso. The avocado toast had great flavor, was visually pleasing and a good texture. We will definitely be back to hang out and try some additional latte and food combinations."

"Haggerty’s coffee shop has an extremely unique appeal , and is tucked in a shopping center off of the East Beltline so it is extremely quiet. You could definitely get computer work done here. They also have outdoor seating which is nice as well. Great fruit smoothie made with Naked Juices, yogurt and protein powder if you desire. Great little find!"

"I ordered a turkey avocado panini and hot chocolate, and both were delicious! It was a Thursday at about 1:00, so they were in a little bit of a lunchtime rush. I had to wait a bit for my meal, but it was well worth waiting for. The young women who served me were kind and helpful. The coworkers I was with said their coffee was excellent."
