"This was our first time ordering here, my son and I were very excited. Unfortunately, I was given the completely wrong drink after waiting in line for at least 20 minutes (we had a mobile order.) we ordered an iced limelight and was given a drink a completely different color and flavor. Not even close to the drink we ordered. Not to mention, we paid extra for add-ons for my son drink and didn’t receive a single one. The cashier looked lost, and confused and looked like she truly had no idea what she was doing. It took her an additional 10 minutes just to grab a drink carrier."
