"Employees were so nice. They made our order fast and we'll. The main employee we dealt with was Michael the second assistant manager. He was so nice and helpful. He was patient with our complicated order and got it all right. My brother said he "Was the best person ever". He made special accommodations and my brother got to have custard for the first time. Definitely my favorite location and my favorite employee."

"When a customer asks for a burger, then proceeds to ask if Ketchup, Mayo and Grilled Onion could be added, they would like those toppings on the burger. Came thru drive thru and a girl helping me was cut off mid sentence by some guy taking over, he wouldn’t let us speak without asking “is that all?” I never got Mayo, I got a ketchup packet, and I got an extra box with 6 slices of grilled onion."

"The food I get is Hot and delish. Hot enough to almost burn my mouth. You have to blow it. Lol I usually go thru the drive thru so the atmosphere was good. Service was also in a timely matter, seeing that they make every order just for you."

"Love Culvers, but not this one, not this time. Most of the employees were just milling around socializing and not being productive. The burgers and fries were cold by the time they finally brought them out, and we waited close to 10 minutes on 2 frozen custards. The waiting area smelled like weed, we won't be back."

"Person taking my order was nice, but my shake was completely melted and was 70% of the way filled. Burger was near cold, and fries were soggy. I’ve always had a good experience from Culver’s but I guess this Culver’s and their workers are not up to date. Sad to give this place such a bad review."
