"Met friends for breakfast on Saturday. Cozy place to meet on a cold January morning. The Santiago Benny was soooo good. Nice little kick, great flavor, highly recommend. It’s new on the menu and very much worth a try. We stayed and talked a little too long but the waitress was kind about letting us know she had a reservation coming in."

"I ordered the steak & eggs...also French toast...Everything was delicious!! 😁 I wish I could've ordered the bread pudding but it was a little to cold in there for me. I don't like shivering while I'm eating or wearing my jacket but I will be back!! Host and my Waiter were very friendly and welcoming."

"For a place with such a solid menu and the unique option of a soup flight, I truly hoped for a better experience with the staff. When we walked in, several servers and even the bartender passed us without any acknowledgment for about ten minutes. Eventually, someone approached us only to tell us to sit and wait longer for a table. Once we were seated, our waitress took our drink order right away, but then disappeared for another ten minutes. To be fair, she seemed to be the only one actively engaging with any tables, so it was clear she was overwhelmed. When our drinks finally arrived—brought out by the manager—we asked if we could place our order. The response was hesitant until I explained that we had already waited quite a while without any communication and were hoping to get things moving. We were told the restaurant gets busy and they clear tables as quickly as they can, which is completely understandable. Still, we felt invisible for the first 30 minutes we were in the building, well before ever ordering. Our waitress did eventually apologize for the delays, and I don’t believe the lack of acknowledgment was intentional. But even a simple “We’ll be right with you—we’re a bit busy/short-staffed” when we walked in would have made a huge difference. Despite the rocky service, the food itself was excellent, and that alone makes me willing to give this place another try."

"Soup Spoon Cafe is a really interesting place! The vibe is pretty cool and the menu is vast. A lot of unique food options and all the portion sizes are pretty big! Eric was the host and he was a really awesome and friendly guy! Had a great time and conversation with him. He actually suggested Johnny’s Chicken and it was great! So much food. It’s basically two cornmeal pancakes with friend chicken thighs with syrup and sausage gravy. There’s A LOT going on there… but, it was really solid! Definitely a unique experience!"

"Soup Spoon Café delivers a delightful dining experience. Service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and efficient. The atmosphere is fun with just the right touch of quirky charm. The menu offers a wide variety, making it hard to choose (in the best way). Everything we tried was well-prepared and delicious. We left happy and already planning our next visit."

"Food is consistently good and fresh. Service slow and food handlers don't wear gloves while prepping"
