"DO NOT EAT HERE! EMPLOYEES ARE VERY UNSANITARY!!!! I came in today Tuesday October 21, 2025 between 4:10am- 5am with my fiance to grab my favorite Maple Dip Donuts. Upon walking in my fiance went to the right to grab himself a soda and I stayed and waited for him. The moment we walked in I noticed a heavy set African-American woman behind the counter, who looked like she just rolled out of bed (She caught my attention immediately because she was hacking and coughing). From that moment on I continued to watch her. She coughed in her elbow, and then she coughed directly in her hand, walked over to a station where she grabbed a cup of whatever she was drinking, took a drink walked back to the counter ( no hand sanitizer, no hand washing). I waited to see if she was going to use any hand sanitizer or even put some gloves on, and she did not. When I asked if there was any hand sanitizer, another employee directed me on how to purchase some. I stated "no I watched her cough into her hand". She then LIED and said "I coughed into my elbow" ( yes thats true, but she also coughed DIRECTLY in her hand) I said I watched you the entire time. We declined our breakfast and soda, and went elsewhere. I was not about to argue with someone about something I know I witnessed with my on eyes. As a certified ServSafe individual, and someone who actively works with food as a profession, I absolutely contacted the Eaton County Health Department. No hand washing, no sanitizing, no gloves! Absolutely mind blowing"
