"I must say the energy in this location is great! Very nice employees I even tipped because the energy brightened my day to see not everyone treats their job like prison and are happy to assist people. But I’m not happy with my drink I ordered a large without Red Bull refresher and it tasted weird compared like a very weird taste and I thought my taste buds were off until I looked inside my cup and saw that there was white pieces floating inside my drink. I give the service and atmosphere a 5 but the drink was a 1 honestly not sure if it’s visible in the pictures but there were many of them in my drink"

"It can be tough to turn left out of here during rush hour (tip - turn right and turn around at the traffic light on the freeway service ramp) but the experience more than makes up for it. The coffee is amazing, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing. My favorite Biggby!"

"Went here on an icy Friday morning. The staff was so sweet, calm, and patient with everyone who came inside. Some people were in a rush, but the staff remained consistent. I ordered an iced matcha latte and it tasted amazing. Here’s a hot latte I ordered a co worker and they enjoyed it also. Parking is in the lot & is free.
