"I love the team here and the service I get. I am not a big coffee drinker, so I cannot speak to the quality of the coffee but I do occasionally get their latte. I came over from Starbucks and wanted something similar to what I usually order and they were quick to give me a recommendation. At Biggby, they use real espresso to make their frozen latte (frappe essentially) which is a step up from the concentrate they use at that other chain. So it packs that coffee flavor. Their menu is extensive beyond what you see on the menu board inside the store. The website has a good list and the folks here will make pretty much anything you want from it and will do a lot of customizations. I have only had a drink made wrong a couple times and they were really quick to fix it for me and apologize. I've never really gotten any attitude except for once during a very busy day. Everyone has off days. They use Fraser brand tea, which is a local company. So I appreciate that Biggby is local and use other local companies. I most often order the tea lattes! It is awesome that they use the bags and not concentrates. I still get a ton of flavor. Yes, their chai is from a pump, which makes me sad, but most of their other stuff is actual tea. The food is ok. It is a bit overpriced for what you get, but it works. I have mostly eaten their bragels (bagel sandwich) and they will customize those for you, too. Coupons are given out constantly and they have a loyalty program. So it is pretty easy to get a BOGO deal on drinks which is really nice. Most of the weekdays they have a special going on so there are more opportunities for savings there like adding a free espresso shot on Fridays and $4 latte Wednesdays. Still gets a 5 star in my book."

"Such friendly staff. Haven't been to Biggby in a couple years. Lots of choices. I had a white chocolate hazelnut in a red cup. It was delicious. I looked at buying a permanent carry cup but was surprised at the price. Will definitely try some of the other seasonal drinks. Parking was super convenient."

She Said She Worked @Bigby When She Was 18 Or 19 And I Believe She Said Now She’s 27. Regardless My Time Spent With Her Made The Interaction Worth It. Sorry I Can’t Remember Her Name. "Stopped by the drive thru this morning & ordered a Hot Chocolate & plain Bagel. The Hot Chocolate was NOT hot, luke warm & my coupon was for a free beverage or food which they did take. The coupon was valid. I will not return to this location, but instead go to the other location near Redford, they're much better & provide Excellent service."
