"I recently had the opportunity to work with Chloe and develop my own signature coffee blend. (you can to) It was a fantastic and fun experience to get to learn all about the coffee beans and get to actually roast my own signature blend right in house with Chloe who is very knowledgeable and passionate about them beans. That's right they roast their own coffee right at Mo CoCo's to guarantee that your coffee is the most delicious and freshest coffee it can be. It is truly the best coffee around and its basically all I drink because it taste so fresh. I thought that creating my own coffee blend would mean I would just get to sample a lot of coffee(I did) but I did not expect I would learn so much about the process in the process and that was really fun for a coffee guy like me. The Staff at Mo CoCo's is very knowledgeable and they always take the best care of your coffee needs everytime. If you drink coffee and you want to drink the best cup ever, just reach out to them and they will make that happen for you guaranteed. Even if you don't want to create your own blend, I would strongly encourage you to just go enjoy the great atmosphere with a fresh cup of their in house roasted coffee soon. MoCoco’s mother/daughter duo use their Rural Roasters location in Merrill to host craft shows, art classes, music, and great local entertainment. The white chocolate caramel frappes with a double shot of expresso were delicious! The genuine friendliness and charisma of the staff was a breath of fresh air.
