"Excellent bagels and sandwiches. I got "The Ritz" with spicy three pepper bagel. It was quality in every way. The bagel was slightly chewy but not dense, flavorful and fresh."

"I would come in for a hot mocha a few times a week. Then I received a mocha without coffee in it about a month ago and it wasn't pleasant and made them aware the next time I went in and was told that management would contact me. Never heard from them. Anyways, then again 2 weeks ago I came in mocha and I got hot chocolate instead. Almost $6 both times for a coffee that didn't have coffee in it in a months time. It's a great mocha, but stopped going because I'm going for coffee not whatever I've been getting instead Update: 12-6-25 I never heard from upper management. I figured I would try it again and YET again, I got a hot chocolate not a mocha. So I emailed YET again and still nothing. Maybe this is my sign to go somewhere else"

"Delicious French Toast Bagel w/cream cheese. Polite staff, quick service. However at 10am there wasn't a table for 4 to sit at for a short meeting and the noise level was a bit loud. So we got our orders to go. BUT what I want to say is how HONEST and accommodating they are! My order came to $10.13 I gave the young man $20.25 It wasn't until 3:30pm that afternoon I realized I had only received the coins back as change, not the Ten dollar bill. I went back to the store and explained the situation. She scrolled back through the orders on the register and apologized as she handed me the $10. THANK YOU Brooklyn's!"

"No one greeted us when we walked in or approached the counter. They messed up my bagel even when I confirmed the bagel I wanted twice. I ordered a bagel for my mother to go, and when I got home we noticed there was still paper in her bagel. This is ridiculous. I wish I could get my money back."

"food is very good! more on the pricey side of places to eat but worth it. atmosphere is pretty and also clean. service is fast and staff is nice, got our food quick with great quality. i got the lincoln tunnel sandwich and it was amazing, the tuna had a different taste than i’ve had, has some tang! also got he strawberry smoothie. although the syrup taste but to much, i mixed it and love the flavor."
