"I had my baby shower hosted at Kate’s and it was AMAZING! Not only was the food absolutely incredible but the team at Kate’s is just unmatched! Communication with Kate was effortless and I felt very heard and taken care of immediately. I was able to drop things off before the shower and when we arrived an hour before the event started, they had everything decorated for us and all set up! It was so nice to just be able to soak it all in without having to worry about the details. The staff was so professional and kind, they waited on us and our guests hand and foot—making sure we had anything and everything we needed. They helped tear down after the event and packaged up all the extra food up for us to take home. I would host an event here any time I could, it’s a well oiled machine and they have everything rehearsed and well thought out. The care, hospitality and kindness that Kate’s exemplifies is just unmatched and we were so lucky to have our event there. I received so many compliments from my guests that my shower was just so incredible and they had such a great time! I would recommend Kate’s any and every time! 100/10!!! Thank you Kate!!"

"First time at Katie's Downtown today. The service was excellent. They have serval ladies running food, making coffee, and taking orders; they were all lovely, kind, and had wonderful customer service. I didn't really care for my "What the Fig" sandwich. The bacon was under cooked and I felt the fig jam took over the whole dish. I did order a vanilla latte and it was pretty good. I did however absolutely loved the heart sticker they placed on my togo cup to prevent it from spilling. It was a very nice touch. Over all the atmosphere is adorable and I will go back to try other dishes; they have lots of options to choose from. They were very busy at lunch time and obviously have regular customers who enjoy going to Kate's. They also had an assortment of cookies with some vegan options I would like to try as well."
