"We have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally today we got some time to swing in right as they opened. I have been craving some chicken and waffles so that was first up on the menu. Well the waffle was soft the chicken was crispy and not soggy. The syrup had a subtle flavor that wrapped it all together. The kids both got biscuits and gravy and it’s not your normal thrown together gravy with the crappy flour taste I would definitely order it if I was you. The wife got a sausage egg and cheese croissant. There isn’t too much “flair” you can do with this but the croissant was fluffy and the sausage was very good. Overall a good breakfast sandwich. Now the hash browns on the other hand them were so good. The service was amazing and the lady behind the counter took the time to explain to us about what was going on with the restaurant and how Blue Kitchella got its name."

"Awesome service and awesome food! The cashier (I never got her name) was amazingly sweet! The sweet potato waffle fries are sweet enough to be a dessert, and they have lots of goodies for a dessert in their display case. Garlic parm fries were incredibly flavorful, and the chicken sandwich was great! Loved coming here for the first time and excited to come back!"

"First and last time eating here. The best thing on the menu are the pastries from Victorian Bakery in Kalamazoo. Egg sandwich can't make to order because it is a gross hard circle of an egg cooked in a machine. The sandwich had rotten avocado that seemed like it had been previously frozen, and the tomato center was green and hard. Overall nasty, we left hungry. Service was good, atmosphere was like they just moved in and weren't quite done remodeling."

"My mom and I stopped in here and had the most amazing lunch! The turkey ruben was excellent and the BBQ mac and cheese bowl was sweet and savory, and the tenders were perfectly crispy. We even got one of the delicious almond croissants to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"This place is a gem! It seems like fast food but doesn’t feel like it. The inside is stunning with a gorgeous bar and tv set up. The burgers were delicious and the service - best in town. Sue goes above and beyond and makes you feel so taken care of. She is honestly the best. Can’t recommend this place more - go try it out!"
