"Not what it used to be. No one greeted us, Kiosk only orders. No one to help with our order. The order process at the kiosk was slow and confusing. Before we even finished ordering it asked for a tip. While the place was clean it seemed like a dystopian restaurant from the future with little human interaction. The food was good but not the steak and shake from its past. I don’t understand why I need to scan my receipt to fill my self service soda."

"I grabbed takeout from this Steak ’n Shake for lunch, and honestly, it was a great experience from start to finish. This location really delivered on everything you expect from Steak ’n Shake and then some. The food was excellent. The burgers were hot, fresh, and cooked exactly right, with that classic Steak ’n Shake flavor that never disappoints. The fries were crisp and seasoned well, not soggy or overcooked, and everything was packaged neatly for takeout, which makes a big difference. Service was another highlight. Even though I ordered takeout, the staff was friendly, efficient, and on top of things. My order was taken quickly, prepared correctly, and ready without a long wait. Everyone I interacted with had a positive attitude and seemed genuinely focused on making sure customers were taken care of. That kind of service goes a long way, especially during a busy lunch rush. The atmosphere was also solid. Even though I didn’t dine in, the restaurant looked clean, organized, and welcoming. You can tell when a place is well managed just by how everything runs smoothly and how the staff works together. It felt like a location that takes pride in what they do, which shows in both the food and the overall experience. Overall, this Steak ’n Shake location exceeded expectations. Great food, great service, and a clean, well-run environment make it an easy choice when you’re looking for a reliable lunch spot. I’d absolutely come back again and would recommend this location to anyone craving a classic burger and fries done right."

"I’m going to start by stying I don’t like how there’s no human interaction. You order at tablet screens but the entrance. And then get your food at a pick up counter. In this instance, because I have kids, it took me a minute to get to the counter, and there’s was no soul in site. Might as well been a robot that served me. Sad. Otherwise store was clean and I love the style. Food was as I remember. Not sure if they still have Cajun fries or not but I could not figure out how to order them. If someone was there to ask I would know."

"Food was good. Service has declined over the years. No table service anymore. Didn't have any napkins. The just holler order numbers continuously. No longer 24 hours. Another casualty of the pandemic. Thankfully, still good food."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by Steak ’n Shake for lunch and had a really good experience overall. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the milkshake was thick and creamy, just what you’d expect from a classic diner-style fast food restaurant. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and family-friendly. It did take a little longer than expected to get our food, which is why I’m giving four stars instead of five, but everything tasted fresh and was worth the wait. I’d definitely come back again for another burger and shake combo!"
