"My experience at Hubb Artisan Cafe was excellent. To start, the cafe itself is very spacious, with beautiful decorations and furniture throughout. There is some incredible detailing on the walls that had me stunned. The smell inside was also sweet and delicious. The atmosphere, to say the least, was absolutely wonderful. Moving forward, I can confidently say that the food and drinks were exceptional. My friends and I ordered a variety of items off the menu, including the Iced Teddy Graham, Hubb Chai, Strawberry Matcha, Iced Pistachio Pearl, Red Velvet Cake, and a Teddy Bear Mousse. From every single one of my friends, I heard amazing things about what they ordered and how they would return to this place. I agree with them completely. My order consisted of the Iced Teddy Graham and the Red Velvet Cake, and I was very happy with my purchase. The latte tasted so delicious, with a yummy hint of a flavor that reminded me of those little teddy bear cookies. I basically drank the entire cup because of how tasty the drink was. Also, the red velvet cake was sweet and delicious. Everyone else was enjoying their drinks/desserts, so I know I would try what my friends ordered the next time I stop by this place. Finally, the service here was extremely good. We were greeted kindly by the employees the moment we stepped into the cafe, and were treated with respect throughout the evening. One of the partners, Taqui, was very professional and kind to us. We felt so welcomed by him here. He was explaining much about what makes their drinks special, and that we should try their food next time. From the sound of it, the food here seems to be incredible and delicious. I am definitely returning and sharing this cafe with my friends and family. 10/10 experience."

"We really loved this place!! From the beginning until the end the customer service was top notch. The employee that was taking our order took the time to tell us what the cafe is known for the most and what drinks are most popular. And any questions we had were answered. Definitely lots of options to choose- from the drinks to the desserts and to quick snacks! The layout of the cafe is also very nice. There were many seating options and it was aesthetically pleasing. Moving on to what we ordered…the iced pistachio pearl latte was BOMB. I will 100% return to get that. We also got the iced teddy graham latte, that was good as well. Other than drinks we got the pistachio croissant and the chocolate chip croissant. The pistachio croissant was okay, I enjoyed the outside, but the inside cream was not to my liking. The chocolate chip croissant was really good tho! Overall I would say 9/10 experience."

"Hubb is such a cozy and welcoming coffee shop! I love that their name actually means love in Arabic, and you can really feel that in the atmosphere and every cup they serve. The coffee is smooth and flavorful, and they even offer delicious sandwiches that pair perfectly with their drinks. Everything feels thoughtfully made, and it’s clear they put their heart into the details. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to and recommending to friends!"

There used to be a different coffee spot here, but I noticed the change and decided to stop in—and I’m glad I did. 🔥The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. A lot of places blast music, but here it was subtle and relaxing, which I really appreciated. The service was great too—the gentleman at the counter helped me pick out an excellent coffee, and when I mentioned I wanted something sweet, he recommended the chocolate Ganache… absolutely delicious. 🔥They also have a free rewards program, which is always a plus—can’t argue with a good deal. "In love with this cafe! The interior is stunning and the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. They have the sweetest staff who go above and beyond. It is also a great place to have a study session or hang out with friends and family. I am so happy we have this unique addition to the Rochester area. Hubb Artisan Cafe has now become my go-to! P.S. Many drink options come with oat milk, so you won’t have an extra charge for nondairy milk!"
