"I wasn't going to leave a negative review for a small business. I hate doing it, I know it's a struggle out there right now, I have a small business too. I just got an automated email from them asking for a review, so here it is. I saw someone online mention this shop around small business Saturday in November and I'm in another state so I thought I'd order a few gifts for Christmas. I looked back a few weeks ago at my confirmation email and I believe I ordered on November 25th. The order didn't come until December 24th. These were Christmas gifts and our Christmas is on the 24th out of town, we were gone by the time the delivery was made, but either way, I obviously had to purchase other gifts in the mean time because I didn't expect this order to show up at all after a certain point. No communication from the seller regarding inventory issues, delays, alternative options for out of stock items. I personally wouldn't risk buying from here again. I checked the reviews and there was at least one other that didn't get their order more recently. I reached out via DMs on their Instagram before my order came and I heard nothing back. Where's the communication? When does an order shipped from 2 states away take almost a month? I should clear this up. This order didn't ship until December 20 something. Not sure what the date was. This package wasn't in the hands of the USPS until days before delivery so we can't say it was them either."

"Great collection of Michigan souvenirs. Most of them are their special craft. Price is expensive. No parking ( actually paid parking near store). Return policy is very bad. No return. So before you purchase check your items. Stuffs are friendly."

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. I am in the same boat as another reviewer. I made an order online, they billed my credit card the next day, and I never received an email with the tracking number. The recipient never got the package. I have attempted to contact the company twice via email (per their instruction on their vm message), and have received no response. Their hours change and every time I call, they are closed. They are supposed to be some “Royal Oak” business, and from my point of view, they do not care about their customers and are ripping people off."

"I still can believe I was ripped off by this company and they're still open .. I had placed and order online back in 2020, money was taken out of my account. I was never sent any sort of email from this company as far as a receipt or order summary or anything. At the time I didn't think much until weeks later I still haven't received anything nor my package. I have e-mailed and Facebook messaged this company on numerous occasions and never get a respond back.. I drove to the store and just so conveniently they were temporarily closed... what kind of small business does this.. at this point I don't except anything at all I just want people to know that this company is sketchy and I'd be careful ordering .."
