"I always feel welcomed here! ​I have to give a humongous & warm thank you Biggby Coffee in Shelby Township. The staff here is absolutely fantastic—they are so great and friendly every single time I visit. I'm one of those customers with a pretty complicated order, and they always handle it with a smile and get it exactly right. ​What I love most is the consistency. No matter what drink I order, it always tastes exactly like it's supposed to. Whether it's a hot latte or a cold brew, the quality is always perfect. It's the only coffee shop where I know I'll get a great drink and an awesome experience every time. ​This location is a perfect example of great coffee and wonderful service. Highly recommend!"

"I had a really disappointing experience at Biggby Coffee. I ordered an almond milk caramel latte, and only after I paid did they tell me they didn’t have almond milk. When I explained that I can’t have milk or oat milk because of an allergy and asked for a refund, they laughed and said I couldn’t get one. I was honestly shocked by how unprofessional and insensitive that was. Allergies are not a joke, and it’s basic courtesy to let customers know when you’re out of something before taking their money. I left feeling completely frustrated and disrespected. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location."

"The girl working the drive thru today (9/17/22) was so incredibly sweet! My drink order was accidentally mixed up and she realized it before she even handed it to me, I had said it’s fine but she insisted she would make a new one. I really wouldn’t have minded and would have taken the first drink she made. She just smiled and remade the drink perfectly anyway! That’s the kind of customer service most places are lacking these days. I hope the manager and/or owner appreciates what a good employee they have. That sweet girl definitely makes this world a brighter place 😊"

"I love biggby coffee it's always good and better priced than the greenstar. I always go with the Vanilla Bean Latte with soy or oatmilk, and it's always made perfect!! Sandwhiches are good when I get them but I did not this time around."
