"First experience was a positive one. Multiple young ladies taking orders at once. Very creative ice creams. I enjoyed the strawberry shortcake ice cream with chunks of cheesecake, crumbled cake & plenty of strawberry topping. Layered beautifully, I really appreciate how each dessert looks ready for a photo. Cozy little spot to eat with a few tables inside, and equally as many outside. I would love to try more places in the area, but man, I can picture me coming here again for a vanilla & caramel creation with a chocolate cookie in it or something. Keep up the good work Modern Cone :)"

"Our motorcycle riding group stopped in after a very hot day riding around Belle Isle. There were close to 30 of us in our group. They were able to get all of our orders done and we were all in the parking lot within 20 minutes enjoying our much appreciated treats. I love the variety and unique options they offer. Their website is easy to navigate, and they make custom ice cream cakes. The staff is friendly and efficient. The owners have a great reputation for protecting their employees against rude customers. I love to see this. Highly recommend this place."
