"Update 1.5 hrs later: I knew I shouldnt have taken those 2 sips. I ended up throwing up and my stomach is hurting me. I cant believe they served coffee like this to someone and thought it was okay. They don't even have a phone number for me to call and tell them. I placed an order on doordash last night to schedule delivery for 8:10am. They must have made my coffee when they opened at 7:00am and had it sit there for an hour, and add ice before handing it to the delivery person because what actually is this.. I spent almost 20 dollars for this coffee for delivery fees and everything, to receive a coffee that the cold foam was evaporated and looked clumped up on top, as well as the coffee def tasted like it was sitting for a while. I only took two sips and ending up throwing it because I didn't want to get sick. These photos are how I received my coffee straight out of the bag without mixing or drinking yet."

"I doordashed their strawberry shortcake and tiramisu iced lattes and they were SO GOOD. I will say the tiramisu was a bit too sweet for me but the flavor was amazing. The strawberry shortcake latte was a 10/10 and it’s so cute and pink. Will definitely be ordering again!"

"I order from them at least 2-3x a week. I order it online before work every morning and it’s always ready right when I get there! Customer service is amazing and I’ve never had to wait. My iced brown shaken espresso with caramel cold foam hits every time 🤤 Can’t get enough of it!!"

"Really disappointed. I tried their strawberry matcha the first time and it was actually super good—great flavor, nice strawberry cold foam, and totally worth the price. So I went back a few days later expecting the same thing… but it was a mess. The drink had barely any strawberry in it, little to no cold foam at all, and just tasted watered down. I even asked them nicely to add a bit more strawberry, but it still came out super bland. For almost $10, it felt like a total waste. It’s a shame, because when it’s made right, it’s really good. But if they’re gonna be this inconsistent, I don’t think I’ll be back. For reference, these are the pictures."
