"Best kept secret in Sutton’s Bay ! We stopped here while on a bike ride. My wife and I each enjoyed an incredible latte and shared one of their strawberry rhubarb waffles. To quote my wife “ I think this is the best latte that I’ve had in my life”. The waffle was beyond belief it was so good. Nice time we ride from Traverse City we will start earlier and enjoy an entire lunch meal here. And…the staff were amazing too."

"I really can't say enough great things about Hive Coffee! My husband and I stopped in while visiting Sutton's Bay last week. The coffee and loose lea tea were very high quality, which honestly isn't all that common to find. The owner and baristas were super friendly and knowledgeable. And the environment was so cozy and inviting that we ended up staying for a couple hours to read there. There's even a garage door that opens up on nice days to give an amazing indoor-outdoor feel, which let in a really nice breeze. Really hope we get the chance to visit again! ☕"

"“Excellently good!” is how my husband described his vanilla latte! I got the brown sugar sage latte and loved every sip! It’s SO cute in this little coffee place!! Even in the freezing cold it’s still cozy and inviting! The owner was telling us that the team members have to pass the “Bar Exam” before they can even steam the milk for lattes! They take their coffee seriously and you can taste it! They have a garage door that they open when it’s warmer and we can’t be back in July when they’re able to use it."

"Lovely coffee spot in Suttons Bay. The blueberry scone was delicious, as was the bacon scone. The coffee tasted wonderful as well. No misses at all, definitely deserves the high rating it has! Would return in a heartbeat!"
