"I recently visited this coffee shop and had an amazing experience! I tried the Red Bull Blue Jazz Refresher and the Strawberry Punch Refresher, and they were both fantastic. I loved that they were sugar-free, perfect for anyone looking for delicious, guilt-free drinks. Also Lots of yummy coffee options from iced, warm and frappe 😋 The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and it’s an ideal spot to catch a game with friends or family. Great drinks, great vibes & perfect for studying. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend checking it out."

"I went to this location yesterday to get some well needed coffee. While at the speaker I noticed a new waffle sandwich so I decided to try it. I ordered a few coffee drinks a couple of bagels and one egg cheese and waffle sandwich with no meat. I do NOT eat meat so I made sure they knew not to put meat on the sandwich. They have two options for this particular sandwich with or without meat. I paid 37.10 in total only to bite into a piece of sausage. I went back in livid! I haven’t eaten meat in years and I clearly stated no meat on the order. This location was not busy at all but the entire staff was rushed. While sitting in the drive through we noticed one associate scraping whip cream off a drink that was made incorrectly. Instead of remaking the drink they mask it in the drink. Totally unacceptable. I went back in to get a refund for the sandwich and they have an associate large in size and very disrespectful he needs not to be in a customer based setting. The manager tried his best to get me to understand that mistakes happen but I don’t come in for a lecture on people making mistakes. This location needs to be restaffed immediately. If I could give a zero star rating I would."

"I don’t know who takes orders at 12pm afternoon shift, but they messed up my Caramel Butter Bear. They always get me Caramel Butter Bear automatically with a Shot of Expresso. I never had to request it. This time around 12pm she asked me like it was an add on and it confused me because I never ask to add Expresso to my butter bear. She’s probably new there."

"This Bigby location catered my wedding, serving fresh coffee, iced lates, and refreshers to my guests. They did an amazing job both with making the drinks, and maintaining a fun atmosphere for my guests. I would 100% recommend having this Bigby Location service any of your events!"
