from Google"First time here, have bought their pies before in Downriver MI but first time eating fresh. The strawberry rhubarb crumble pie is my favorite. The tartness and sweetness is perfectly balanced. $5/slice. Around $23 for whole pie. They also have other food but we came for the pie! Lol quaint and comfortable seating area and friendly staff."
"Great place to pick up pies, sweats, and treats made from ingredients grown right in Michigan to include cherries and blueberries. We picked up a delicious Cherry Crumb pie and enjoyed every bite over a two-day period. We also sampled other treats to include a cherry muffin and they have good coffee. Friendly service and an open view to the kitchen where you get to see pies being made fresh."
"The cherry pie here is super famous 🍒🥧 — and the staff were gorgeous and so elegant! ✨ But my friend Cang was worried about having too much sugar, so he went for a savory pie instead… which turned out to be just okay. Nothing too special 😅"
"I really wanted to like this place but we just did not have a great experience. This is a fast casual place similar to Panera. Whoever reviewed this and stated it was similar to a diner is incorrect. You line up and order your food at the cashier. We have never been here before so we needed time to look at the menu, the cashier was not happy with that and seemed annoyed we had questions and didn’t have our answers ready to go. My dining partner got the chicken pot pie which came with a coffee and piece of pie. I will say that the cherry pie is a 5 star, the crumble is delicious and the cherries marry tart with sweet! The chicken pot pie was filling and the crust was flaky. I got the cheese and broccoli quiche and it was a hefty slice, about a quarter of a quiche. It was good and filling. If you get coffee it’s a self serve bar. The cherry coffee is unique and good, I would try it if I were you. Overall this place wasn’t bad per se. But the service was not great and I was looking for a diner type breakfast spot, not a Panera grab and go. I wouldn’t come back here again unless it was for a piece of pie!"
"3 adults visiting on a Friday in July. Short wait in line to order food and dessert pies at the counter. We sat on the street side outdoor tables on this lovely warm day. We had homemade chicken pot pie... incredible, a Reuben sandwich...equally incredible, and a half-sandwich/Mac & cheese combo with a focaccia chicken ranch... sandwich good, Mac & cheese soupy and not warm. The ABC pie (apple, blueberry, cherry) was very good, but would have been better if warmed. The chocolate-peanut butter cream pie was outstanding. The staff we interacted with were pleasant but not overly friendly. A small complaint was that a store in the middle of cherry country did not have Cherry Pepsi or Cherry Coke as an option for fountain drinks. We will definitely return when in the area though. The food is too good to miss."
