What People Are Saying
from Google"We tried to go to another local eatery that was closed and were very pleased to find this place! My son in law whom is a chef said it was one of the best Caesar salads he has had and complimented the chef there. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the children enjoyed there soft drinks that were not name brand but some local I believe? Overall, couldn't have been more happy with the meal and the service!"
"Had to go to try the hand made cheese sticks and wow they were amazing with the basil pesto ranch! We also had the white cheddar ale soup (aka beer cheese soup) and it was also great, especially with the pretzel bits added 😋"
"Stopped here with my adult daughter for dinner. I had a beer flight to taste five different brews, which was a nice introduction to their beers. I had the fish and chips and the server did not hesitate when I wanted to sub their mashed potatoes for the fries. The fish was crispy and had great flavor and I loved the chef's mashed potatoes. The u ique coleslaw was one of the best I've had and a nice surprise! My daughter had a pizza and liked that as well. A good choice for dinner in Traverse City."
"This place was nice with wooden tables and atmosphere. I had their cheese soup and it was delicious. I also had a fish sandwich which wasn't too bad. Take a look at the photos I posted. Presentation was nice. Would go back again. It was busy but not as busy as at night I guess as I went during a late lunch hour."
"The root beer on tap was great, but when I asked for a refill I wasn't told that I was going to be charged another $5 so that was disappointing. The ale cheese soup was very good and I had the ahi tuna salad which was just okay. They also charged a 3% survharge using a credit card which wasn't shown or told up front."
