"Was in town one day only for work, and I tried The Groove Spoon after browsing other possible breakfast spots. Boy that was the correct decision. Ordered the Joplin for breakfast, probably the best chicken and waffles I've had. Amazing quality, portion size, and flavor. I will, absolutely, be coming back in the future to try the rest of the menu. Couldn't recommend this place more!"

"This place is a hidden gem! It is inside the Middlecoast Brewery building. They have a great selection of interesting waffle dishes - both sweet and savory. My husband loves chicken and waffles, and he said it’s the best he’s ever had. The owner is friendly and the vibe is very cool."

"We went to breakfast on a Monday morning and was the only table the entire time. I see complaints about confusing hours. In our experience, they were open but didn't have table service. We were totally fine with that and it makes sense when we are the only table. The waffles were so fluffy and yummy. Loved all the different options."
