"I stopped into this Einstein Bros Bagels location on a snowy Thursday to get a baker's dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese and a coffee for myself. It wasn't busy and they had everything ready to go quickly for me. They were very polite and fast. The pricing is also very reasonable. My customers really enjoyed their bagels!"

"I enjoy the bagels, they’re always fresh and delicious , but the amount of cream cheese being added lately is excessive. Every order ends up so messy that it gets all over my hands, nails, desk, and clothes. I even have to scrape some off just to make it edible. I don’t mind paying extra, but this is over the top. Please ask your team to use a more reasonable amount. It’s starting to ruin what should be a great breakfast."
