"I have been here twice and each time has been pleasant. It’s such a luxurious, elegant atmosphere. From the gold plating, to the suites, to the ethnic music, I love this place! Everything is well worth it, I’d rather spend $7 on a drink here than at Bigbys because this is genuine handcrafted stuff. Everything biscoff here is delicious. Their lattes aren’t too sweet and aren’t super strong either. And all their cheesecakes are slightly fluffy and nice, I did notice they aren’t very rich, mainly milky rather than creamy due to less cream cheese, I don’t mind because that’s how they’re affordable. I love the cocoons/suites they have! They’re perfect for taking care of business and having some privacy. They have TVs in them that play their commercial, I am not sure if you can request a remote for it. I will keep coming back!"

"I visited Ben Castle Coffee House, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The place is tidy, and the decor is luxurious and eye-catching. It creates a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends or even studying and working. The service is fast and friendly, and the staff is respectful and friendly. I tried the Brown Sugar Latte, and it was very delicious. I highly recommend it. They also have a nice variety of drinks and desserts, such as croissants. Some of the items were excellent."

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming perfect for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or just treating yourself to something sweet. You can tell they put a lot of care into everything, from the decor to the playlist to the presentation of every dish. Overall, this spot is an absolute must-visit. "Overall its a good place to chill out. But the quality of the food needs to be updated because their dessert doesn't taste right and flavors of the drinks are very light. We tried cheesecake and Croissant which was old and hard inside. Even after toasting up the Croissant it was hard inside and cold. We also tried 2 different matchas which wasn't the best. I hope they increase the quality of food because thats a good place to do bussiness."

"My EMS crew stopped in on a whim to check out a different coffee spot other than Timmy’s or Dunkin’ and was pleasantly surprised. Such a cool location with top tier bakery and drink options. An Iced & Frappé Biscoff and a Pistachio Frappé were ordered and we all loved our drinks! Bakery items were fresh and delicious as well, in addition to excellent customer service! Highly recommend a stop in. We can’t wait to be posted near them again!"
