"First, and most importantly, the coffee is amazing. I have had several different roasts and they have all been spectacular. Whether it’s a blend or single bean, the flavor spot on. I recently ordered their Carnivale dark roast and had one ground for espresso and another for a Moka pot. If you like bold flavored coffee, look no further. These were perfect. Other, more subtle blends have also been excellent. Second, I don’t live in the area and only order this online. The entire process was as simple as it gets. I placed an order and received it within 48 hours. The staff has always been responsive and helpful.
