"What a fantastic discovery in Ypsilanti! Alez Roastery is a wonderful new addition to the neighborhood. I was so impressed by their amazing selection of fresh roasted nuts and seeds—the aroma alone is incredible. They also have a beautiful display of fresh desserts. Nice selection of desserts like cheesecake, pudding cups, cakes, and authentic Turkish delights. On top of all the treats, they serve excellent coffee and lattes. The service was genuinely friendly, and the entire place is spotlessly clean. It was great to see a nice, comfortable seating area to sit and enjoy my coffee and sweets. If you're looking for high-quality roasted nuts, delicious desserts, or just a great cup of coffee in Ypsilanti, you have to check out Alez Roastery. Highly recommend!"

"Alez Roastery is such a cute spot! I got the matcha with banana pudding and it was the perfect sweetness, super smooth and well blended. The owners are really friendly and helpful, and they even let me sample some of the nuts and drinks. They have a great selection of candies, nuts, and drinks, so there’s always something new to try. Definitely recommend stopping by!"

"Stopped in here at night to check it out. They were very hospitable—we were offered coffee samples, samples of Turkish delight and anything else we wanted to try. They have a wonderful selection of chocolates, nuts, & candies. They also have beautiful housewares from serving carts, trays to beautiful coffee sets, teapots and cups. Will definitely be back to try their coffee and matcha beverages during the day since they didn’t have decaf available although they said they will have that soon as well. The store is beautiful. We’ll definitely be back!"
