"Cute little Biggby spot. My husband and I both used to exclusively go to this location when we had a Biggby craving. Sadly, today we both ordered maple bourbon lattes with oat milk due to a dairy/nut allergy and when I asked the barista specifically if they had been made with oat milk to confirm she told me flat out “yes”. I took 3 sips of the drink before I realized it had been made with dairy. Both my husband and I were ill from only a few sips. It’s okay if you make a mistake but own up to it instead of risking the health of your customers. The barista who took our order was bright and cheerful though which is why I gave it 2 stars."
