"We order from a kiosk even though there were three people working. Of course, there’s a tip section at the self service kiosk. None of the menu boards were turned on so you have to look through the menu at the kiosk. We ordered two different waffle/drink combos. (Pick waffle get matching drink) The drinks were not as pictured and were clearly made wrong. The waffles were also not as pictured and clearly made wrong as well. I’m only posting 1 photo of a drink but I promise they both looked exactly the same even though they are entirely different drinks. The waffles are frozen and taste terrible. The toaster (a literal toaster) only defrosts the waffle to room temperature. There’s nowhere to sit so you have to stand there awkwardly while the staff fumble around. It was clear that the employees had received very little training which is unfortunate and not their fault. A truly awful experience for 30 dollars. (Plus tip)"

You have busy rush hour traffic driving by you're not capturing business because your closed! You will not last long and this business will close. Went to Caribou instead."
