I have found a new favorite sandwich ❤️- jalopeno bagle with garden vegetable cream cheese on both sides, swiss cheese, pastrami, lettuce, onion, tomato, as well as red & green peppers. Seriously try it! I will add I can be a picky eater and always order the exact same sandwich every time at Bruegers Bagles. So, trying this sandwich was such a fun adventure, I am so glad the staff are not only friendly but so creative. They should consider adding this sandwich to the menue! No complaints about Bruegers Bagles in Apple Valley. I do have just 1 wish-if they could be open for dinner, I would be a regular. I love and crave sandwiches for dinner. "Waited 40 minutes for the order to be completed. At first they told me they were making fresh bagels and it would take 20 minutes then they told me they can't bake the bagels because they were doing construction. And a different worker said they had to drive to different store... The different store was to Eagan and back that takes 16 minutes..... Very poor communication by the store will not be coming back here ever again."

"I had the best opportunity to talk with the manager, Becky, while ordering and she was so genuine and truly shows compassion for her customers. I shared with her that her location is our favorite for cleanliness and food preparation. We talked about a unique situation we have coming up and she even offered to donate some bagels. "Even though they are under construction (I usually order ahead) so went in-store order. I used my app to pay, they could see I had more than enough funds, but their register(s) could not read it. Angel tried 2 X & then asked Becky, manager, for assistance.They were both accommodating & I felt badly about a line forming. THEY WERE AMAZING! People need to have patience through changes."

"Excellent service, Cora helped us out today! We came in for by bday with the kids and it was the best breakfast. I always get the cinnamon raisin bagel w strawberry cream cheese, sausage and eggs. Combo of sweet and savory"
