"I BIT A ROCK IN MY DONUT AND THE STAFFS ACCUSED ME OF LYING TO GET A REFUND! I have video to prove that it is a rock! I purchased a box of six donuts and ate them in the store. While eating the Dubai chocolate donut, I bit into something hard that felt like a rock. I spat it out and discovered that it was indeed a rock. I immediately reported this to the staff, but their attitude toward me was extremely unpleasant. They insisted that it was a pistachio nut. I showed them clear evidence, and they even touched the object themselves. They knew for sure that it was a rock, yet they continued to claim it was a pistachio and behaved in front of other customers as if I were lying. When I became upset and demanded an apology, the woman asked for my receipt. I handed her the receipt along with the remaining piece of the donut. She snatched the receipt from my hand and went to another register to give me a cash refund. There was absolutely no apology or any attempt to properly inspect the product. I am extremely angry and disappointed. I am a frequent customer of this donut shop and have even recommended it to my friends, yet I was treated with such poor and disrespectful service."
