"Come here every time I visit the Mall of America for a sweet pick-me-up. Lots of great options with minimal wait time. I usually order the Ube Creme Brulee as it's not offered at a lot of other bubble tea places."

"I tried two boba spots here in Minnesota and they are not as great as the spots on the West coast. Niko Niko Boba is one I tried and I do think this is better than the other spot I went to. The flavors are very light and mainly just taste like milk with a slight hint of flavor. We got the milk tea and the ube crème brûlée. Both are quite bland."

"Niko Niko? More like nono nono. Walking the Mall of America is a daunting and thirsty task. After a certain point, I wasn’t hungry but definitely needed something to drink and I really wanted boba at some point on my vacation. We kept passing Niko Niko and I figured if there was ever a sign, this is it. I believe we stopped at the one on the second floor by the food courts. It was fairly busy so Tim and I got in line to order on a self-help kiosk. Matt wasn’t wanting boba so he patiently stood by while we ordered. I don’t remember what Tim got but it came in a very sturdy plastic cup that he plans to keep and use at home. I discussed with Tim about their options since he’s a lot more familiar with these kinds of menu and he said the Tiger Latte is always a solid choice. That’s what I got and despite how busy it was, the workers were quick on getting the boba out. We took our drinks and headed out since the place didn’t seem like it was going to stop being busy. My first few sips were all the brown sugar drizzle at first and wasn’t all that good by itself. I tried using the straw to stir and mix it up but it didn’t do all too well. That’s when I noticed it didn’t have any boba balls in it. Those are half the reason I get boba. They are fun to eat. As I kept trying to mix my drink to something halfway decent, I just ended up resigning to the fact that my drink wasn’t anything I cared for at all. I did swap the milk out for oakmilk so maybe that had something to do with it… but being lactose intolerant, I didn’t feel like dealing with a stomachache for the rest of the day. Having looked over the menu at a leisurely pace, I do see a few different things that I wouldn’t mind trying if I get to go back some day. They have a few locations in Minnesota and Colorado and with how much I’ve been traveling, I am sure to encounter another one before too long. With that said, I am not assigning a rating to this place until I can try them again and get something that is more in-tune with what I like."

"Busy and yet a surprisingly very good drink. The matcha with oatly was top notch and I highly recommend it. It is pricey so it won't be something I will get often, but the flavor is great. The service was also friendly and made my order quickly."

"The drinks are really good if you know what you want. Go when they aren’t as busy and the drinks will taste a lot better. If you see a huge line and a lot of people waiting skip it. Bc it will take a long time to get your drinks and the drinks won’t taste like anything. Our favorite Niko Niko is the one on first floor outside of Nickelodeon."
