"The desserts and the drinks definitely are the reason to come here, the food is good not great, especially for the price points. Great spot to take kids for a birthday, and the milkshakes/ dry ice drinks etc are all super fun. Service was pretty poor, the host seemed lost and there were tons of open seats, and the manager and other teammates kind of just stared from the back to see if he’d figure it out. A few people in line behind us left due to this. Overall we enjoyed the experience due to the flashiness but the nuts and bolts of the operation could use some work."

"Went in on a Friday evening on a date & had a great experience. They weren’t busy, but I was not complaining. My food: fresh, my drinks: great, service: timely & quick. It’s expensive but I think it was worth it!"

"I visited the Sugar Factory at Mall of America and ordered the “melting cheese” burger — the one they bring with a big round block of cheese on top and a metal ring for the “show.” It looks great for Instagram, but the cheese never actually melted. It just stayed as a thick, rubbery cap sitting on the bun, even after the whole presentation. For the price, I was expecting a lot more: a better-quality burger and real melted cheese, not something that felt more like plastic than food. The fries were fine and the place itself is cute, but the food doesn’t live up to the hype. Overall, it’s very Instagrammable, but if you care about flavor and value, it’s pretty disappointing."

"This was a fun niche thing to do with your kiddos if you’re in the area but the price to food ratio is a little excessive. My son and I split the loaded fries and colorful burgers, both were delicious! My husband had his own burger and fries. We split a skillet cookie which was $23… for a skillet cookie that was TINY. Even my 7 year old asked how we were going to split it. The milk shake was epic and delicious! Our service was ok but again nothing to really write home about. My son had fun and that’s what was important but probably won’t be back after this one time going. The music was so loud I couldn’t even hear what my husband was saying to me! It wasn’t censored either so there were swear words and inappropriate words… thankfully my son didn’t seem to notice that 😬"

"Wow! I honestly thought it would be gimmicky and silly but everything is delicious and the staff are wonderful. My boys both had a birthday and they sang a song and got ice cream! The fancy drinks are so good and totally worth it. We got a non alcoholic version of “the candy store” I think. It was delicious. Chicken sandwich was great. My son had the Big Cheesy, and it was one of the best burgers he has ever had. It’s beautiful, fun and absolutely 100% fun! Honestly, not that expensive either!"
