"I was craving for a vietnamese coffee. I ordered a "large" one on the kiosk. When they called my name for it, It was in a large cup, but felt really light. I walked back and asked the worker "Is it supposed to be like this?" She says: "It only comes in an 8oz" Well why is there an option for large on the kiosk that charges you an extra dollar then? AND I PRETIPPED A DOLLAR. Didn't have time to deal with it. Had to go, got a better coffee somewhere else. Don't go here. All the workers were like teenage girls just giggling and not even being attentive to the customers."

"We came here after lunch at the Vietnamese restaurant next door. They offered self ordering on the iPad next to the register. I felt the prices were very reasonable and the customizations available made it easy to build my perfect drink. I chose the golden milk tea and it was exactly how I wanted it. I was also able to choose the amount of ice I wanted which was perfect. We also got 2 matcha teas. They had cute key chains for sale too! Thank you Tii Cup!"

"The wait for a drink is absolutely horrible! Why is my drink taking 10-30 mins to make! I understand some peoples orders are ahead of me but they are waiting 10-20 mins for their two drinks! TWO DRINKS! I use to work as a barista and sometimes we were understaffed and over flowing with orders. But come on! This was such a chill day for this place. I’ve gone to other boba places and they certainly don’t take this long, even when it was just 2-4 workers and a good amount of traffic. Horrible service and wait time. They didn’t even greet me or anything. He just stared at me and I wasn’t sure if he was ready, so I had to say hi I’m ready to order. Customer service is not good. And the drinks were watered down. Honestly tii cup use to be better. I am so disappointed and annoyed. They didn’t even greet give a refund tho. Also they didn’t put the right order in. I spoke clearly and not too fast. When I worked as a barista people really don’t know how to order and when I order I make sure to say it exact. I asked for a large taro-coconut icii with boba pearls. And he had the audacity to ask what size and flavor I wanted and if I wanted toppings. Like dude I just told you in a clear matter. They need to train better and have better management. I’m surprised they can keep business."

"This is one of the best boba spots IMO! I typically order the coconut slush with the brown boba pearls. The pearls aren't overly sweet and a decent texture. 🫶🏼 The only thing I would complain about is the smell from the sea food they serve. But it isn't enough to deter me from coming back. We normally order once a week."
