"Absolutely LOVE the Roasted Rail! I've always had awesome service whenever I've gone there. It's pretty spacious and has a great atmosphere for studying or hanging out. They promote a lot of local events, which is awesome. Everyone who works there is super nice, and they've always got good recommendations if you don't know what to get. I got one of the fall coffee flights and it was fabulous. They have so many good options!"

"I had a 50% off my purchase in the clover app which I was unable to use because it would not take the QR code on their machine. Also the worker was unsure how to process it as she has never had anyone use the QR code before. She is an experienced employee and does a good job and is very nice. I just wished I was able to get the discount on my 3 drinks I ordered."

"I brought the husband and the kids to the coffee house today so they could see how delicious it is and boy oh boy did they get VIP treatment! My kids walked in before us, and with a form of payment the barista could not accept and so to resolve the issue so the boys didn’t have to walk out without their treat SHE PAID FOR THEIR DRINKS. How amazing is this incredible young lady?! I walked in and my oldest was so happy and kinda sad at the same time, and told me about the situation, and as a mom I was just so grateful. Not that many people have patience for kids these days but this young lady went out of her way to show these kiddos that kindness will always win. "I'm not sure if I should review a coffee shop without having tried the coffee but I had tea and the tea choices amazing. They serve loose leaf tea. I had a London Fog and Earl Grey mixed with milk hot. This was so delicious on a cold winter night. I had never tried tea made like this and enjoyed it. The prices very low low and many varieties of coffee and teas offered. The place is a very nice size and comfortable. The decor is nice and it's understated and rustic also some stuff up for the holidays. There is lots of parking available. I think anyone would love this coffee shop seems very friendly and a good place to hang out. I was happy with prices and what I ordered."
