"My litmus test for any coffee shop is a cortado (Gibraltar). I think it is easy to cover up a poor espresso shot with lots of milk and sweetener. But the equal ratio of milk to espresso really helps the espresso shine and the one I had here was fantastic! The beans we picked up for home were excellent as well. Highly recommend."
