"7/27/2025 On a packed Sunday morning, it took 45 minutes to get breakfast. Despite the three servers, the space was uncomfortably warm, especially for the cooks and servers. The food arrived 45 minutes later, and my eggs over medium were dry, rubbery, and hard to cut through. The staff needs a better working environment, and the cook needs to understand how to cook eggs over medium, over easy, and well done."

"I tried the trophy café for the first time today and WOW. I ordered the prime rib omelet and an iced caramel coffee, and both were insanely good. But the coffee was honestly better than anything I’ve had at Caribou or Starbucks. The staff was super friendly and everything came out fast and fresh. Highly recommend."
