The JR Latte is my go-to because it’s rich and smooth with caramel and chocolate sauces that balance perfectly. They also have great local pastries and breakfast bites. "I came in on a coffee date and had a great first-time experience at Beans and Boots! The decor is modern with western flair, and lots of fun Highland Cow details. I was impressed with the fall drink menu, as it featured some truly unique and delicious options beyond the usual PSL. The pastry and food options range from classic breakfast sandwiches to unexpected flavor combinations found in the baked goods. I appreciated that they had a savory meat-free option in the veggie hand pie and the strawberry-matcha pop tart was truly fantastic. I noticed gluten free choices (plural, and fresh!) for those who need them also. Also of note, they have a mug club that offers $1 refills with the purchase of a reusable insulated cup. I appreciated this budget and waste conscious option for regular visitors. Stop by if you get a chance, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Recently checked this new coffee shop out and I was so impressed to find high quality coffee in the suburbs! It tasted like I was right in the Cities. I got the Rancher - pistachio, white chocolate, espresso, and milk - and it was so delicious. Not overly sweet but not bitter either. I also got there early in the morning so I could get the Fruit and Grain pop tarts they offered - and they didn't disappoint. I tried the Blueberry and Lemon Curd, Strawberry Matcha, and Mango pop tarts. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially since I had my 2 toddlers with me. I loved how kind everyone was. I also loved the decor and furniture in the place. Totally matched the theme. There are small cow shaped cushions that my toddlers loved sitting on!"

"Cute spot, service was great. The girls working here are very sweet. Music playlist was top notch. Comfy chairs. Since its a new business, I'll give a little feedback. Latte cups should but filled to the top, if the 16oz is less than what fills the cup, might need smaller cups. There was a solid inch of more room in my cup. People don't want to fill jipped. Be cautious about what's talked about in front of customers. Keep business talk and employee/supervisor conversation to when customers aren't in the store or you're in a private area. Customers don't want to hear the drama.. Super cute addition to Farmington, keep up the good work girls!"

"This was our first time ordering from here, and we used the online ordering. We ordered a Lotus drink and an iced Gambler butterscotch latte. The latte had a noticeably grainy, chunky texture from the first sip. When I poured it into another cup at home, it was clear that the butterscotch hadn’t fully dissolved, which explained the chunks throughout the drink. The overall taste was also pretty mild, the butterscotch came through more as a light added sweetness rather than an actual flavor. I would not recommend this offered as an iced beverage. The online ordering menu showed the decaf upcharge clearly. I just hadn’t seen that before at other cafés and thought it was worth noting since some people rely on decaf for health reasons. The Lotus drink was the main concern. The product photo online shows a clear beverage and the ordering page doesn’t list any ingredients or milk options. The drink we received was milky and appeared to include coconut milk. Since there’s no mention of this anywhere, it could be an issue for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions. Clear ingredient information is important, especially for a drink that can include milk alternatives. We were also unaware this would come carbonated/sparkling. Overall, the ordering process was easy, but the drinks didn’t match what was shown or described online. With the shop having been open for several months now, clearer menu details and more consistent preparation would really improve the experience."
