Everyone I have introduced to Trail Creek has loved their coffee. Trail Creek is also located at the Rochester, MN farmers market. The roastery is open on most Saturdays though! Trail Creek is also a responsible and ethically company. Their building has solar panels which generate almost all their electricity. They personally visit the coffee farms and ensure the coffee is fair trade. Truly wonderful people and a wonderful company."
