"We absolutely love this coffee shop! It’s our favorite in the area. We get the pumpkin spice latte, salty maple latte, and usually split a sweet treat like a gf vanilla donut, blueberry muffin or apple fritter! This is by far our favorite place to get lattes. Staff is wonderful!"

"Cute coffee shop in Lake Elmo! My friend and I paid a visit on a Saturday while we were in the area. I tried their Golden Sunshine Latte and it was super delicious, plus the flavors were well-balanced. The coffee shop space is also so clean, cheery, and aesthetically pleasing, and I really enjoyed stopping in. There was a little bit of a line when we visited but the service was still pretty quick and the baristas were nice. I definitely recommend checking out Sunshine Coffee Co. if you're in the area!"

"Everything about this place was enjoyable! Roast their own beans and have good tasty treats. Plenty of outdoor sitting though inside space is limited. I was there on a Saturday morning and they were busier than any place I’ve been for coffee. Great location and faithful client base. Just got fresh brew and treats. "My iced vanilla oat milk latte is always wonderful here. Love the new interior from the woodwork to the lights. The best thing though is the owners and the customer service, all of the people I’ve interacted with are so friendly. So thankful to have high quality coffee along with friendly people behind the counter back in a Lake Elmo coffee shop. The scone I had was also fantastic, not too dry like some can be. Other excellent baked goods. Great place to grab to go or stay and enjoy your coffee and baked goods. Easily the best Coffee Shop in Washington County."
