from Google & Yelp"Brim has some of the best food and yummy drinks in Uptown!! And as someone who’s gluten free, it’s such a relief to have a restaurant whose whole menu I can choose from. Their gf focaccia bread is delicious, their tea and coffee is delicious. They’re always friendly and it’s so cute inside and out :)) so thankful they exist here!! I wish there were more!"
"Here’s a more excited version of your caption: So excited they’re finally open! The vibes are amazing—everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The coffee is delicious (I tried the maple sea salt latte 🤩…so good!). Since I work in the same strip mall, they even gave me a menu for my clients so we can order food and drinks during those long appointments. (Richfield location)"
"Celiac customer! Very happy to have found a dedicated gluten free restaurant while travelling from NYC. The prices definitely made me feel like I hadn't left NYC, but I understand that gluten free foods/quality produce often do raise prices. Ate here twice, and enjoyed both of my experiences. Linda's Bowl was great, but I thought the Mercado bowl had too much going on. So many ingredients that none of them could shine. The sleeper hit here is the coffee. The specialty lattes aren't all gimmicky, and honestly are some of the best I've ever had. They actually made a latte that tasted like carrot cake and I was blown away. Latte and the gluten free cookies would be my go-to if I lived in the area. Tried the smoothies on my second visit and neither had much flavor. You go up to the counter to order, and then the food is brought to the table you choose. Then you bus after yourself. Honestly given the prices it did feel a bit odd that it wasn't more of a traditional sit-down waitstaff situation. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. Really perfect if you want to go walk by Bde Maka Ska afterwards."
"MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE restaurant! I have a ton of dietary restrictions (gf, df and nut allergy) and I have never been to a restaurant that has so many options for me that are healthy and taste amazing! The sweet potatoes are by far the most delicious things I have ever tasted. I love the braised beef hash (I swap with pesto and get no cheese). It’s also a beautiful and aesthetic spot where I love to take friends and family. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, If Brim has a million fans I am one, If they have no fans I am dead. All jokes aside I am obsessed and genuinely I want to thank whoever started this restaurant because it is my happy place and I could eat it everyday and never get tired. THANK YOU BRIM TEAM!!!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻"
"Brim is my favorite fast casual place in the Twin Cities by far! Their food is absolutely delicious and some of the only restaurant food that makes me feel GOOD after eating it (because they’re seed-oil-free, gluten-free, organic, and locally sourced). I am obsessed with all their bowls and their chicken and fish are some of the best I've had. You also can't go wrong with their sandwiches or desserts that are healthier than most and unbeatably delicious. I may sound dramatic but Brim is truly this good! I have also ordered their custom cakes for special events and they can adjust to pretty much any diet (and again delicious)."
"I questioned why a coffee shop located in Richfield was leveled as the Edina location, but having visited it make sense. VIbe and crowd on a weekday morning..."
