"Came here only to see where a few bands hung out, I don’t know why, as the best part of the place is the women’s bathroom lol. They have an outdoor area that is pretty good size, I guess if someone smokes you can go out there yet…no heat. Not my kinda hangout place."

"This review says CC club but is for Hi Flora!! I usually like to wait until I've been somewhere at least twice to write a review but this place knocked my socks off!! I will start by saying I'm not vegan nor am I an avid smoker. The atmosphere here is so freaking cute! You walk in and its something out of a magazine. I ate on the back patio to indulge in the smoking activities (ya know to get the full experience). Our server Ryan was phenomenal!!!! He was knowledgeable and just a real sweetie! He made the best recommendations for food and smoking!!! I was with 4 other women so we decided to order stuff and share. We have the Ceasar salad, wild rice burger, seasonal flat bread and the quesadillas. The lions maine mushrooms on the salad were cooked to perfection, you could not tell there wasn't any meat!!! I think it was my favorite dish. The quesadilla was the runner up, it was served with guacamole and the flavors were flavoring 👌🏽. Third was the flat bread. I felt like if it was cooked longer with a tab less sauce it would have been a tie for second. The flat bread had asparagus, green beans, peppers, jalapeños and a white sauce, all things that make my taste buds dance. The wild rice burger was my least favorite but still not bad at all. It was flavorful but all I could think was rice loaf the entire time. We ended our eating with the avocado mousse so light and delicious! We all ordered drinks I ended up with a canned drink that was really good and had a hint of pineapple, loved it! This place also has a fresh garden right behind the building that we were welcomed to visit. I absolutely loved this gem and I think you will too! It's worth a try for sure. I failed to mention if you're a smoker...you can bring your own product and enjoy it on their patio as well!!"

"I met some friends for drinks and had a great time! The staff were so sweet. A man tried to start an altercation at the pool tables. The staff were quick to descalate the situation and all was well. I loved the neighborhood feel. I will totally be back!"

"Iconic. 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon. A few regulars holding down the fort. Bartender says she has no cook but could make us a Heggie's frozen pizza or "fry some stuff." Went with the pizza. It was everything I ever wanted in a pizza. I went because of the rumoured connection to the song, "Here Comes a Regular" by The Replacements. Or The Placemats as admirers often refer to them. Talked with the pool players. They said on weekends the 21-24 year-olds pack the place. But on this crisp spring afternoon, it was just us regulars."

"Idk what I was expecting from this place, but I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! The food was above average for a bar setting. Atmosphere was very much bar (duh 😂). And it’s quite a cozy place! Lots of different kinds of people, if you like to people watch 👀. Pool tables in the back left corner. There’s a year round area in the backyard. Menu was decent. Definitely a jumping place any day of the week! Best part is that food doesn’t stop until 12:30-1:30 (they said it depends.. idk 🤷🏻‍♀️)"
