I cannot complete my shopping when that happens. I’ve complained to managers before, but it continues to happen. If your store hours say you’re open till midnight, the store should be fully accessible until that time."
"I’m writing to share an extremely disappointing experience I had during my first visit to your store yesterday — which, unfortunately, will also be my last. While waiting at the deli counter, there were two customers ahead of me being helped by an employee named Ricky. Throughout those interactions, he could be heard mumbling under his breath and making frustrated, inappropriate remarks. When it was finally my turn, I greeted him politely with a friendly “hello.” Instead of responding or offering assistance, he immediately walked away saying, “You need to talk to him,” while pointing to another employee who was already assisting someone else. He then added, “I’m on overtime and shit.” The customer next to me and I looked at each other in disbelief. As someone who works in a leadership role in a service-based industry, I was shocked at such blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism. No customer should ever be treated that way. This was my first visit to your store, and I truly wish it had been a positive one. Unfortunately, this interaction ensured it will also be my last. I hope this feedback is used for coaching and accountability, because behavior like that drives customers away and damages trust in your brand. And auto bot, I've already reached out to your customer service team! Just thought I'd warn everyone here too!"

"This location is quite unique. I always enjoy this neighborhood and views you receive in this parking lot of downtown MPLS. The location serves so many communities and you can feel and diversity when you arrive. This Cub is a cornerstone in this community and offers a lot to it. The fresh items are superb, the square footage is great, you don't feel cramped. I'll say it's narrow at the start of the store and goes wide as you make it back to the establishment. Parking lot can jam up, depending on which entrance you use to park. Many popular brands share this parking lot so you could park centrally and do your shopping at all of them. I saw the grocery pick-up full, doesn't surprise me because this community is compact. I hope this location expands, grocery delivery...etc I think they could impact the community even more. Let me know what you think when you visit."
